This Week in Review

I've been busy this week but just haven't had a chance to post anything. Tuesday night I attended a class given my friend Diana of MissusG Moments. I created this piece using the beautiful Tattered Angel's Mistables canvas sheet.

Wednesday I started work on a canvas that was inspired by a canvas I saw at Destination Art  and the houses on "Jelly Bean Row" in St. John's, Newfoundland. I finished it on Thursday night when I should have been packing for my little Easter vacation.

I got back from my Easter vacation on Saturday night but we had unexpected company and I didn't get a chance to do any work. Sunday I worked on my Grungy Monday Tag and my next pennant for the Bella Creation's Papercrafters Alphabet. X is for xyloid. Xyloid is an adjective meaning relating to, or resembling wood; woody.

That's what I accomplished this week but I'd also like to share with you a canvas I completed in February but it was a gift and I didn't want to post it then. It's was for my niece's 16th birthday. She is a big Marilyn Monroe fan.

Have a great week!
